Hello all, I hope this is okay, I'm having an issue with my version of Maya 2017 Mac. I have a model that is fully rigged. At frame 0 I set a key for all by selecting all Key Set Key. Move to frame 1 Key Set key then enable auto key. Move to frame 12 Select the foot control point Move it up Deselect the foot control point Select the wrist control point (which should have no key's past from 1) but it already has a key frame set on from 12. All other control points have key frame son 0, 1 and 12?
When the only control point I moved to Keyframe 12 was the foot. When my colleague who also has Maya 2017 Mac opens the exact same file and repeats the same steps only the foot control point has a key frame at frame 12.
If you could offer any help I'd appreciate it. Also note that the same occurs when auto key is off and I manually set the key for the foot by going to Ket Set key (or by pressing S). I've also tried deleting my preferences and restarting Maya which did not resolve the issue.
Many thanks, Matthew. Been doing some more research and found the solution!! After hours of looking. Turns out the issue was due to a selection option under the IK. On the Rigging options (where you can choose Rigging, FX, Animation etc.) Under Skeleton HumanIK In the right window options Controls it was set to full body, changing this to Selection (please ready bottom note) instantly resolved my issue of only keying the specifically selected control point.
Edit: Hello all! If you have Toes and Fingers (like I do) then you'll need to change the option from Selection to Body Part. If you leave it on Selection you will not be able to edit the finger and toe positions. If anyone needs any further clarification please send me a PM.

Savings: $14.00 This is the complete roller furling system for all MacGregor models. You will also need the deck hardware to lead the control line to the cockpit and a headstay compatible with the furler.
We can provide you with both. Your headstay must have a standard turnbuckle at the bottom and a swaged threaded stud on the bottom end, not a loop.
The luff is not returnable. You also may be interested in the ball bearing upgrade for the furling drum. This is a replacement metal ball bearing. ALthough it's not a night and day' difference between the standard bearing and the ball bearing it is a nice upgrade and truly the only way to get maximum performance and ease of use out of the CDI flexible furler system.
Fits V24, V224, V25, M25, M26C, M26X. Does not have sail feed slot cut or any holes for hardware drilled. Must be shipped motor freight, call for quote, disregard quoted shipping on website.
Masts are shipped inside a rigid plastic pipe. Mast packaging fee: $100 Select appropriate options if you'd like the mast drilled for hardware installation and/or notched for the sail feed slot. We recommend buying a new mast foot plate with a new mast so we can drill the holes to match up correctly. This is a full set of factory spec rigging for the 26X, priced about $15 less if you buy it as a set. Includes standard 1/8' headstay and backstay and 5/32' upper and lower side shrouds with male stay adjusters swaged on.
All of our rigging is high quality stainless wire and stainless swage fittings. You may also want to include female stay adjusters if you are re-doing your rigging.
The 'add' option refers to the upgraded forestay. The standard is 1/8' but the 5/32' upgrade is the same thickness as the side shrouds. We recommend using this if you usually keep the mast up on your boat.
Note that we use a generic picture for rigging so it may not be of the exact wires your boat will get, but we will make and send you the correct rigging! Our Price: $225.00 The original boom extrusion is no longer available, this package uses the larger and stronger extrusion also used for the mast on all boats before 2003. We cannot assemble any hardware on the boom before shipping it, as it would not fit in the tube that we use for packaging. This is a complete boom assembly including all factory original hardware redesigned where needed to fit the new larger extrusion. Does not have any optional hardware such as single line reefing, boom vang bail, or custom outhaul. These kits are available seperately.
Must be shipped motor freight, expect high shipping charges and a $30 special packaging fee. Fits all boats except V24 and V224 which had an 11' boom, we can offer this length. This will need to be cut to length for all models 17' thru 24'. Must be shipped motor freight, expect high shipping charges and a $30 special packaging fee. We are using the same section as the mast, this will require that you also replace your boom end caps with the new part, boom end cap large. Please call if you have questions Replacement plastic drum assembly for the CDI FF2 roller furling system.
This does not come with the luff support pin, or the anchor pins/shackles that are pictured. All of those parts are available separately. For more detailed information on the replacement parts. This part is CDI part #2010 or 'B' in the diagram.
Our Price: $179.00 THIS LUFF FITS THE CDI UNIT ONLY. This is the plastic headfoil for the CDI, Cruising Design, roller furling units. This plastic luff is what the headsail rolls up onto, the headstay is inside. Has two groves, one on each side, for sail. Luff is not returnable.
A really convenient piece on the 26X as well as older boats. Eliminates the need for a topping lift because it holds the boom up while raising, lowering, and reefing the sail. Does not include the block and tackle part of the boom vang.
If you have no boom vang at all, order part # 3301-1V0 also. Will need to be removed (very easy) to raise the pop top on 26C and older pop top boats. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH ROTATING MASTS, DO NOT USE ON 26M. 3301-1v0 This handy kit includes all of the hardware required to bring your main and headsail halyards back to the cockpit.
This allows you to raise or lower your sails without going forward to the mast. Use one for your main halyard and the other one for your jib, spinnaker or jib sock halyard. Unlike many kits, we use rope clutches to secure the tension on the halyards to assure a safe and positive lock that is easily adjustable.
New Rigging For Macgregor 26
The kit comes with stainless hardware and Spinlock PXR rope clutches. The kit normally comes with two rope clutches, if you want to add the third one you must select it from the drop-down.
It is highly recommended to only use this kit if you have plastic sail slides. If you have a factory bolt rope and no slides you will probably want to add a downhaul to get the sail to drop like it should. Our Price: $131.25 Backstay tensioner kit for 26X, 26C, M25 and all keel boats with 28' tall mast.
Includes new backstay cable with loop at top and bottom, 4:1 blocks and line. Attaches to existing your female shroud adjuster at stern chainplate, if your female adjuster is missing, you should order that also, part #3102-110. This kit gives you all the blocks, line and hardware to install a Boom Vang on any Mac except the 26M (use kit 3301-1M0).
Does not work with early boats equipped with the roller reefing boom when the sail is actually reefed. Most boats already have the holes drilled in the mast and boom for the attachment bolts. If yours does not, you will have to drill two 1/4' holes. This is a replacement metal ball bearing for the FF2 furling unit. Although it's not a 'night and day' difference between the standard bearing and the ball bearing, it is a nice upgrade and truly the only way to get maximum performance and ease of use out of the CDI flexible furler system. If you're having trouble with rolling and unrolling your furling unit we suggest first looking at replacing the furler control line. Sometimes the line is too big (should be 3/16') or it's just old and that's why the furler is getting stuck. Salesforce chatter desktop client download.
If your line is good but you're still wanting a system that rolls more easily, then the ball bearing upgrade is probably worth it. For more detailed information on the replacement parts. This part is part 'E' in the diagram. Our Price: $89.00 This beautiful polished stainless ball bearing 4:1 block set can be used for the mainsheet or vang.
Their low friction greatly reduces the load when sheeting in the mainsail and allows the boom to go out without help in light wind. A really nice upgrade both functionally and esthetically. The ball bearings surround a ring that appears as a hole so we call them air blocks. This is a great upgrade for any older boat with loose spreaders that can fold up against the mast.
Greatly improves both the strength and stiffness of the rig, making it much easier to get good headstay tension. Improved headstay tension means improved upwind performance.
Fits 3.5' X 4' teardrop style mast (1967 thru 2003). Most 26X models came with rigid spreaders standard, some early boats did not.
This kit modifies the boom so you can reef the sail from the cockpit. Your mainsail must have slides and jacklines, or slides and a mast gate cover to work properly. With just slides and no jacklines or mast gate cover, you will need to remove 1 or 2 slides from the mast to reef. Works great with your halyards led aft to the cockpit.
An easy way to update your old roller boom to a more modern system. Our Price: $81.00 Replacement stainless cup for the CDI FF2 roller furling system. This is the cup only, the main plastic bearing is a separate part. For more detailed information on the replacement parts. This part is CDI part #1807 or 'F' in the diagram. This block is normally used as lower end of mainsheet block.
Just like the stock block but has a snap shackle for easy removal. 1x19-5/32 IN Stainless Steel wire. Fits all 26X with roller furling or hank on sails. Early boats had a headstay with a loop on both ends, these have a loop on the top and thread directly into the turnbuckle on the bottom. If you have the older style, simply unscrew the right hand thread t-bolt from the turnbuckle and thread the new headstay directly in.
New Rigging For Mackerel
This is an upgraded wire, the same thickness as the side shrouds. We recommend using this if you usually keep the mast up on your boat. Our Price: $68.25 Aluminum pole only, no winch or hardware.
Fits all boats with mast raising system except very late model M25 and very early 26C, which had a 9' pole. THIS POLE IS no longer available. These boats should be converted to the new 6' pole. Mast Raising System poles may not be available. Call for information. Ships by itself.
Used as the bottom of the mainsheet set on all boats since 1987 and the bottom of the boom vang on all boats. Has becket and cam cleat. Replacement halyard line for the CDI FF2 roller furling system. This is a special line that is pressed with a fitting on the end and then de-cored.
It is not just normal yacht braid. For more detailed information on the replacement parts. This part is CDI part #1932 or 'K' in the diagram.
Our Price: $63.00 1x19-1/8 IN Stainless Steel wire. Replacement fixed spreader sockets only, THIS PART NUMBER DOES NOT COME WITH THE SCREWS AND BOLT TO ATTACH IT Replacement halyard top fitting for the CDI FF2 roller furling system.
For more detailed information on the replacement parts. This part is CDI part #2011 or 'J' in the diagram.
Our Price: $58.00 Kit for cleanly running your roller furling line back to the cockpit. Includes 45' 3/16' line, four fairleads (like the two shown), and a cam cleat to mount on top of the deck. Hardware will depend on which boat you have, please let us know the year of your boat. The CDI Roller Furling Kit does not include this.
But, if you are adding roller furling to your boat to be able to control the furling from the cockpit is a must! New adjustable 'track style' fitting for the boom end of the optional Boomkicker solid boom vang on the 26C and 26X 1/8' 1X19 stainless steel wire with a loop at the top and a male stay adjuster at the bottom. Our Price: $52.00 1/8' 1X19 stainless steel wire with a loop at both ends. Please specify what model boat you have.
This is the wire only as a replacement for the BWY Backstay Tensioner. Add 4:1 blocks and line for the complete backstay tensioner.
Good on all boats, but not for the 26M or Tattoo. This item was not a standard item on any MacGregor model but can be used on the Genoa tracks of many models. These are NOT intended to replace the standard genoa cars, but rather to be placed at the aft end of the track to allow the driver to easily cleat off the Genoa or Spinnaker sheets in lighter wind conditions that do not require the winches to be used. Spinnaker sheets can be run directly to these cars in light to medium wind. These cars fit all MacGregors, Venture and Tattoo models that have standard 1” aluminum T-Track, some older model boats had smaller 7/8” stainless steel or aluminum track, these will not fit those tracks.
Current style used on the 26M. Boats older than 1997 need to update to new boom end cap (3405-113) also.

I love how fast you can deliver a fully animated character into the game having only a plain mesh to start. It allows to effectively rig a character and being able to adjust the rig while animating. I am glad for the new feature of copying skins which saves me a lot of time by not having to redo rigs for similar looking characters.
Akeytsu keeps my animations well organised using individual animation takes in Anim Bank which are then also exported into the FBX file.'
